Why work for iGuzzini

Perhaps because "it has always been dear to us" that pessimism, born in Recanati, that has been the beacon of poetry the world over.

Born in Recanati, we are iGuzzini illuminazione, experts in trends, in lighting and enlightened ideas: we are the beacon of lighting technology, because we have seen and shown everyone things in a different light.

We are iGuzzini: the "i" (meaning the, in plural) before our brand name, now famous throughout the world, can be the symbol of a plural that concerns us, that comprehends us, that belongs to us all: the Employees, the Collaborators, the Consultants.

Obviously, the quality of light is affected by the quality of those who work at iGuzzini.

The cultural background is quite high on average: 54% of employees have a secondary school-leaving diploma, while 14% have a degree. The level of culture within the company is constantly on the rise, owing to the organisation of specific managerial courses, language courses and IT programmes.

Newcomers to iGuzzini will attend a training course where they will familiarise with the different tasks performed within the company, in order to obtain an overall view of the work involved.

30% of the Staff is between 18 and 30 years of age, 34% between 31 and 40.

Candidates with technical experience in the sector will be one step ahead of the rest, but those without will still be considered, in light of the many different sectors the company operates in. Ideal candidates are flexible, capable of working as part of a team, and have an innovative mentality.

The environment is open, lively, dynamic, and organised according to the most modern management criteria. iGuzzini is also a nice place to work, both from an architectural point of view as well as the landscape: a futuristic yet discreet building made of steel and glass, located in the middle of the soft hills of the Marche region.

We said that light goes to school but more often than not schools enter factories.
We can rely on the precious collaboration of an increasing number of public and private schools that consider iGuzzini as a good training partner.

The students will be assigned to various company departments, depending on their curriculum vitae and interests, and will be supported by a tutor who will help them in developing and managing the projects they were entrusted with.
